In addition to the restaurants in the Groot Arsenaal, there is also the brasserie \u2013 Reduit – on the premises of the De Rooi Pannen.  Here the students of the Tourism & Leisure department will offer you the most delicious rolls and other hot lunch dishes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

A Reduit is a building within a fort that can defend itself. It can continue to maintain the defence after the fall of the main wall. A Reduit often was a strengthened building in which it was possible to withstand the attacks for a longer period or even counter them. Our brasserie is a real Reduit, not to endure a long lasting assault but especially to enjoy a lovely lunch! Or to enjoy a nice cup of coffee with a sweet. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
