In addition to the restaurants in the Groot Arsenaal, there is also the brasserie – Reduit – on the premises of the De Rooi Pannen. Here the students of the Tourism & Leisure department will offer you the most delicious rolls and other hot lunch dishes.
A Reduit is a building within a fort that can defend itself. It can continue to maintain the defence after the fall of the main wall. A Reduit often was a strengthened building in which it was possible to withstand the attacks for a longer period or even counter them. Our brasserie is a real Reduit, not to endure a long lasting assault but especially to enjoy a lovely lunch! Or to enjoy a nice cup of coffee with a sweet.

Mondays: 09:30 a.m. – 13:30 p.m.
Tuesdays: 09:30 a.m. – 13:30 p.m.
Wednesdays: 10:30 a.m. – 13:30 p.m.
(not during the school holidays; lunch upon request)
